Can't beat a quality product like Weber - made in

Fairly easy for me to assemble by myself ( 2 + hours) and our first few barbeques with the Weber s-415 this year were real crowd pleasers. It was a little expensive but you get what you pay for. We are delighted with our purchase and would recommend upgrading to a Weber the next time a grill is needed for your household.

I wish I could review the grill. Terrible service.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beware of ordering with installation. We paid for delivery and installation a month ago. When the grill arrived the delivery guy told us he didnt know anything about installation and left. We finally rescheduled the installation after wasting much time on the phone and getting passed around through customer service. Then the next guys who showed up said they had never installed one before, and after about two hours working on it told us they were missing parts and left. Then, of course, more time wasted in customer service, everyone you talk to has no record of any of the previous conversations you’ve had, and can’t help with anything. As of today we have a half-built grill thats unusable, still waiting for another delivery and for someone to complete the assembly we paid for a month ago. We’ve been told by five different people that we’d be refunded for the installation that never happened, and we’ve received nothing. At this point we’re not sure we’ll ever have a usable grill despite paying this company more than $1,500 for it. Ridiculous service.
