We root needs to provide clear instructions as to how to remove the old program and then install the new product. I had to do a Google search to find instructions and what should have taken 5 minutes took 30.

There is no need to uninstall Webroot when you purchase a new subscription.
You just need to click the gear icon next to "My Account" and then enter your new keycode.

The setup was easy just simple create your account stuff with a password. The web root icon is easy to use for it cleans your computer automatically. You can even do it manually just by clicking a button.
