I bought it from the 59 st columbus circle location they are very unhelpful they stand around and talk to each other mostly men in the anti virus section of the store. I think it's terrible when you want to buy something and no one ask you do You need help, and as for the product still does not work. I'm out of 50 dollars. I called the store manager refused refund my money .The manager Was not helpful either.
