Every time I attempt to uninstall it, it tells me the computer has viruses and the program can't be uninstalled. Never again!!

NIghtmare to get Webroot security
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had Webroot Security on my PC since purchased in 2017, I purchased a 2 year Webroot Anti VIrus 2018 Internet Security from on line Best By today, April 2 which took at least an hour. I was told I would receive an email with instructions for installation which I never got. My paid invoice said :" Pick up at the College Station Store" which I did today. Geek Squad tech supposedly installed the Webroot protection but I do not see a logo on my screen for the Webroot. I then engaged another chat and was told to go BACK to the store. This is not acceptable!

The free avast is a lot more reliable and does not use up as much processing. Also it shuts you down when the re- activation time is due.

Posted .If I may start by mentioning our WIN Cloud http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php as all the work is done on there and not your PC also WSA only uses 3 to 6MB of RAM and up to 6 MB's on the Hard Drive for the Client and this is the future, it's here now! How can the other conventional AV's keep up with almost 500,000 new Malware everyday and over 142 million Malware in 2014 alone? Furthermore, Webroot has free Support as long as you have a subscription. Where as most other AV's don't have this!
