I got billed for webroot although it should have been cancelled. I called to cancel again and get the charge credited. They said it had been taken care of, but to my surprise they only gave me a partial credit and Bestbuy continued to charge late payments. When I called to see what happened and what could be done they basically shrugged their shoulders and said oh well. They don't have to worry about me ever using or recommending this product again!

We do not participate in traditional testing because those tests do not reflect the efficacy of next generation products. They base testing on definitions and other things that are obsolete in todays threat landscape.
