The cost was the same as what they sell (for one year). Very confusing, especially for the other devices. After numerous calls, trying to get online support help, still no answers. I finally went to a Best Buy store where someone helped me in less then five minutes. I still haven't downloaded it on my phone. I was told at the BB store that it was not very reliable.

The best part is that I get all of this protection without ever having to run a single manual update. I would recommend this product to anyone.
