    Tried installing it, had to call for help. Then keep getting emails that I have to install it and now it's telling me I have to renew. One year free subscription and have to renew within a month of installing? I don't think so.

    Im not sure I feel any internet security surface really even works that well to begin with, but it doesn't slow the computer down to much and seems to be doing the trick for now. Just hoping it isn't a pain to remove when the trial expires.
