    the item i bought was more expensive than I expected and disappointingly not discounted at all--it's all about the money and upselling at Best Buy. Not what I want in a buying experience.

    We got this as a "gift" for purchasing a product, but after installed it on my computer it started to run slow and crashed all the time... After uninstalling it, the computer started to work fine again. Not a technician, so no idea why...
