    I had numerous pop ups and my computer froze! I had to take it back and have the Geek Squad fix the problem with a better pop up blocker. They also had to unfreez the computer.

    I don't care that the program needs to pop up every time I turn on the computer. If I allow it to "run" I have hit and miss issues with my computer recognizing my hotspot.
