    so when my laptop had a problem when I first bought it I returned it and I thought I was able to transfer my protection and anti-virus but you cant so that really bummed me out

    I did not install this, it is thought of a joke in my industry, there are better software out there that are a lot better, I utilize Bitdefender or Kaspersky or AVG or GData
