    We have 2 different instances where we got viruses. I don't know if it is the virus protection or not. We had GeekSquad so they got everything fixed quickly.

    each time i installed it my internet connection would go away. so uninstall ed it about 3 times before i gave up and just installed Microsoft essentials and it works fine
