Free product and unable to use

I had the experience of setting it up for my Aunt and Uncle when they purchased a computer from Best Buy. I found the set-up to be invasive, relying on a remote server and granting access to an unseen technician. I also did not like the user interface or the inability to open or close specific ports. If it has the ability to grant limited or no Internet access to specific programs, I could not find the setting. I do not recommend this product.
