    I got the product free for 1 year when I bought my MacBook Air, and this product was for the MacBook Pro that I purchased for my son. He has not yet installed the product.

    This was highly recommended to me by the sales clerk, but i found that it interferes with the operation of the MacBook Pro. I have turned it off and will not use it.

    This is not Mcafee nor is it Norton. I already had a Norton subscription so I just pitched it. It was a free gimme with the new lappy and there's no way I trust it.
