The worst anyiviruse I have ever seen. 10 minutes after installation you will see a blue screen and you have to restore your computer to the factory setting.

This particular software isn't something we knew about and haven't taken enough time to really see if it's qualities are something that is useful for us.

I did not install this. Would you use an unknown bank to store your money? I wouldn't use an unknown security system to protect my computer. ESET Nod32 all the way.

After having my new computer for about 10 days it got blue screens. When I brought computer in it had 8 viruses! So I'm still wondering how effective webroot is.

security is a issue though. The guys at the store set it up and failed to activate the security features. Angry ex piggy backed on my e mail so no matter what security became an issue. Then I was told they wouldn't wipe it anymore as it had to be something I was downloading. This was at finals also. So I went and bought a Chromebook and NO PROBLEMS OR NEED FOR GEEKS WHAT SO EVER ! Just bought breakage insurance and now I can just take drive out and wipe myself !

Wanted to test this out, since it was free. Think I will stick to Norton. Also the Windows defender is good enough and won't need anti virus software.

I used short time like six month's after this time I changed, i dont like all the messages and aletrs the software sent all the time.

Because my laptap has not a optic-driver, this software has not been uesed in my computer. Can you advise how to use it?

This antivirus is OK but not as good as some of the others on the market. You will need something better if you are already having problems on your PC

the only thing I did not like about this program is that it messes up with the camera of my computer and till this day I cannot get my camera to work.

The product appears to be working as expected after one month and I like that it is not as intrusive as Norton in terms of delivering notifications.

Would have liked to of had the option to get Norton since already have on my old laptop. I have been told that this doesn't take up as much space on the hard drive.

problem we had in set up ,sticker that has start up code did not peel back easily damaging code had to call best buy to get complete code to complete set up process

This came free with my computer I never used it. I personally never use antivirus software because windows defender does a better job is free, and uses less RAM.

I got a Mac, and they gave this to me. It doesn't work with Mac, because they don't need outside protection. So I'm sure it's good but I can't use it.

You get what you pay for. There are other products out there, just spend the 40 bucks to get a better product for better protection

This is bundled with every system purchase and works well enough. You get six months free to determine if this is the security app for you or not.

Seems to be a BestBuy product and just feels like another security software. I haven't found any major value as of yet. But seems to be performing.

Sold to me by Best Buy but than told by them unable to be down loaded on my tablet which they had in the shop to install it and clear, that was not right.
