If I knew that I would have gone with a different brand. Next, I had my computer with the antivirus installed for about 10 hours. I was still setting things up and checking email stage of my new computer when I got a virus! lucky for me I purchased protection and the geek squad took care of it, not webroot. That really concerned me. So my opinion of this product isn't very high.
