Customers highly value Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security for its ease of installation, reliable virus protection, and overall performance without compromising their computer's speed. They appreciate that it comes free with certain purchases and offers satisfactory security features. However, some users have concerns about compatibility issues, potential slowdown of their computers, and the relatively short subscription length of six months.

was anticipating a more efficient system. Webroot was recommended by a retailer that didn't carry it. On a par with Norton, MacAfee, etc

Best Buy recommended this software but also said our PREFERRED software (ESET) was very effective. We have chosen to continue with ESET.

The software appears to work pretty well, but will need more time with the product to verify its viruses removal capabilities.

Never heard of it before, but was being sold buy the associates at the store when I bought my computer. Problem was, It got in the way of installing my programs by the Geek Squad in the Naples store. The young Geek Squad group couldnt figure out for many days, why they couldnt install Quiken. They had my computer 5 days and were stumped. I took it to the Ft Myers store, and they figured it out in 5 minutes.

brooks, It is likely that the issue you are experiencing is not associated with a virus, but a Potentially unwanted application. I would advise trying to remove that via the control panel, and if you cannot, please contact our support team or the Geek Squad.
