Charge wouldn't stay

Are you sure that you are writing a review for the proper product?
Webroot shouldn't have any affect on battery life beyond mobile devices, and there is no need to "plug it in" to anything. It is an antivirus program.

Reason being A, I already have a Internet Security subscription with another provider and B, from recent reviews the product isn't that great. The protection percentages are not worth me risking my data protection. With that being said, I rated the product a 2 because there is not an option for n/a. Based on the reviews I will not recommend to a friend.

Webroot is not strictly a "Windows antivirus." It is designed for Windows, Mac, and Android systems.
You can get infected on a Mac the same way that you can get infected on a Windows machine, and the damage done can be worse because of the way the Mac OS runs.
We do hope that you will reconsider using Webroot or any antivirus for that matter as you will always spend more money resolving an infection as opposed to preventing it.
