I don't know exactly what they did (although they did leave a CD in the drive) but it overheats and runs slower than you could ever imagine. I have since taken my laptop to a private IT source who deleted webroot and ran a couple of diagnostics. He corrected whatever the Geek Squad did to the laptop although the files are not recoverable due to a virus that appeared after the Geek Squad installed Webroot. I am now using Microsoft Security Essentials (free download for anyone) and it is running like new. Do not buy Webroot! I feel I am due a refund! Maybe if they give me a refund I will return the CD they left in the drive. ;) VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
