Webroot came as a part of the purchase. I much prefer Norton. I also hate the way Best Buy loads up their computers with a bunch of software programs most people don't use (i.e. McAfee).

I feel because I'm not computer smart that they gave up on me. Best Buy should review their relationship with this company.
