    This was included for free with my Microsoft Surface Tablet purchase. Many Many other options available for free that does what this program does, without being hit with a subscription after the free trail. You get what you paid for, and this was free, so YMMV

    I own a spectre x360, top of the line laptop, and installed this web security on it. Webroot said a website was secure for a music program download and within a minute my Microsoft, audio, cortana, and processor speed died. Only works in theory. Disappointed.

    Computer may be "covered" but I can't sign in to use any of the tutorials or user guides. Customer service has so far been useless. I'm ready to go back to Best Buy and request a refund and reinstall of my old Norton.
