Unfortunately, the computer does not recognize Webroot when I insert the disc for downloading. I can only use Webroot on the computers in which Webroot has never been downloaded. Very frustrating!

Was told that there were multiple viruses on the computer after I had to take it in for repair. When I got the computer back I removed webroot protection and went back to McAfee.
