||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spent many hours trying to get this "PC Mover" to move data from old PC to new PC and finally, after three day, gave up and used Carbonite to "restore" my PC from the old one to the new one. I have not removed Webroot from my PC yet since it is also a security product. It did think it caught something but after it did a disk search there was nothing identified as being as a virus or a problem. So I am thinking it will be removed from my PC very soon.

Took the desktop back to BB and same thing happen with the second new computer. Downloaded it on new Dell laptop and Microsoft Surface Pro 3 but had no problems with it. Did research on the net to see if anyone else has had this issue and found some. Using another security system for the desktop.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review for us. It is common practice to offer yearly subscriptions for antivirus programs. You can also purchase a multiple year license in which each year would be cheaper since it is a package deal. Please reach out to our sales team for information in regards to this.
