Posted .If I may start by mentioning our WIN Cloud http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php as all the work is done on there and not your PC also WSA only uses 3 to 6MB of RAM and up to 6 MB's on the Hard Drive for the Client and this is the future, it's here now! How can the other conventional AV's keep up with almost 500,000 new Malware everyday and over 142 million Malware in 2014 alone? Furthermore, Webroot has free Support as long as you have a subscription. Where as most other AV's don't have this!

It could not be installed on the product that was purchased without making further purchases. No help was offered by the manufacturer. The laptop does not have a disc drive, so I thought I would just download it from the site only to find out that the key code to register it did not work, and instead of free I was charged $4 for the faulty product. The laptop works good though.

Instead I paid for the package with a code to go online and buy a new subscription. Turns out the offer for renewing my subscription is better than the price it gives me when I enter the code I bought. Waste of about $10

This does not sound like the correct process. If you paid for a subscription then all you need to do is click the gear icon next to my account and enter your new keycode. There is no need to purchase an additional one. Please reach out to Geek Squad for billing related questions.
