It found some viruses but it also claimed my former antivirus software was also a virus. It also did not remove the virus I knew existed on my Mac. Very Disappointed!

I also consider MacAvee preinstalled malware and work to get it off as soon as I can. Just one person's opinion, you are welcome to differ.

If Webroot is unable to be installed by Geek Squad it is advisable to reach out to our support team. They can remote in and do this for you free of charge.

Webroot is currently the lightest antivirus available(including free products) and we advise using a paid for product as most free products will do nothing for you once you get infected. We offer free support for all of our products.

Also, Webroot does protect your system even when offline (I understand there are substantially less threats while offline)!

The code on the back of this says to peel the sticker off... 1 it will not peel off and 2 the code that is on the back when entered in it says it Is not valid.

The program sends reminders of nonsense all the time… have never had such a problem… never again… going back to Norton!

Webroot should not send reminders frequently. It sends a notification in your system tray when you turn on your computer and then occasionally an email in regards to your subscription status or personal security report. Can you please email me at communitysupport@webroot.com with screenshots of the notifications you are seeing?

Be careful if you do get this product. I didn't have a pleasant first experience.
