I really did not like the web rooter at all. It froze my Mac up a lot. Annoying messages and alerts would pop up even after I turned notifications off for this item. I really just did not care for this product.

I have no idea. This program came with my new lap top. Which, by th way, you sold me without letting me know it did not have a disk drive. Since this program was on a disk, I haven't been able to evaluate it. Thanks, Best Buy!

This came for free with a laptop purchase. We did not install it right away and began getting emails telling us to install it and asking why we didn't. That single-handedly made the decision for me to not install it period.

I put webroot on my laptop and ran a scan it missed 679 maleware. Had to bring my laptop to the store and have it cleaned up and remove all those maleware. So what was the point in buying it when it didn't catch any of those.

Advertised as protection for 3 devices. Is working fine on PC. Will not load to I phone and I pad. Four different Geek Squad members didn't know how to load it. I should have bought it for one devoice at 29$

I got this product with the code to enter online. As I peeled the layer off to reveal the code, the sticker tore off the code, making it completely impossible to read. So I couldn't download it. At least I got it for free!

This these type of systems are worse than most viruses. It will constantly bog down your machine trying to run itself. Get windows defender for free. no annual fee junk involved. It's also regularly updated.

I was told from your salesman to buy a product was not not needed for my Apple Air2. I found this out by a computer teck who was going to download for me. Because of this I will no longer be a purchaser from Best Buy !

I was told I could activate it later on and it would expire 6 months after that date. Instead of this, I get emails saying it will expire 6 months from when I got it and I need to activate it right now.

I return this item twice to get a new one because my room is a sticker the security code came off with the sticker still and unable to use it once again need to return it because I cannot get to the stupid security code

I had no interest in using this product as I use a different anti-virus software. I would return this product if I could get some money back for it. This is an example of having a product forced on you.

The sticker covering the Code# would not come off and show the number, making the Web Root CD useless. Plus the e-mail sent to open the on line Web Root program, the included code would come back as "error".

poor i tryed it on 3 computers and it made them run so slow that i could not use them tell i uninstalled the progam then they worked ok again please dont buy this product itts no good and a wast of money

I don't like Webroot at all, I normally only get Norton, which I love. I only installed this because it came with the dell Inspiron 11" I bought for my anniversary (which the Dell is a total waste of money)

Sorry but when people bring in laptops to install our business app, and they have this we generally toss it. Windows 8 comes with A/V built in. In my opinion this is just a bunch of redundancy to eat up processor power.

HP support informed me that I should be using McAfee and not to use Webroot. I had to uninstall it, but have not returned it to the store. Not sure if I can get my money back since the pkg. has been opened.

this was a standard antivirus that was recommended to me and i dislike every aspect of it. especially that it pops up every time i start my computer and it won't uninstall, only geek squad can do that unfortunately.

it is 2016 and they want me to put this old software to use??? nope, not happening, it came free with the laptop. and it has been thrown away, couldnt get the code I needed to install it so it was trash

It probably is a very outstanding product. But I wouldn't know. I could not retrieve the code from the back of the packaging. The manufacturer should make it a little easier to peel of the label get the needed code.

The webroot virus protection was downloaded successfully to my computer and immediately my computer became almost unresponsive. I then uninstalled the program and my computer began functioning again.
