Webroot is offered as a free promotion to acclimate customers to our product. You can install it on tablets that run Android as well as Windows 8 and 10 if its not a limited version of the OS. That means that you can install on Surface Pros, but not RTs.

Posted .The Windows 10 Defender is a security included with Windows 10 to ensure that you are not going into cyber-warfare without at least a shield to protect yourself. Do keep in mind that it may not be considered a Full-Primary protection, as Microsoft has designed it to automatically turn itself off when any other AntiVirus is running on the System.
