    It was troublesome for me because my macbook does not have a DVD drive, but that can be fixed by purchasing a separate one. I don't see any major problems with this product.

    Bought this when my computer started acting up, service was what i was looking for and courteous and issues were solved. The tech that helped me was very knowledgeable. My only concern, not really a complaint was that when I arrived, the desk was empty of customers and it was made plain to me that if I had no appt. I would not be seen. Thank God i did have one as I had to drive over 60 miles to get there and if I had not known this, I would not have been served

    I've used many anti virus software as many of us have, this one is by far the best I've used. It doesnt seem to bog down the computer, 2014 windows 8 or 2006 vista.
