High power, but rattles and is generally loud. OK for Sub$300 range. New keypad leaves much to be desired, something so powerful should offer 15 second intervals. Not stainless at all, just one small silver strip. Did not easily mount to trim kit. Cord is shorter than most. It’s annoying, but this model was all that was covered when we claimed a replacement for our higher priced brand against our awful Geek Squad warranty.

After intense research I discovered that you can use a countertop model in place of a built-in model. Coincidentally the model, I was replacing, turned out to be a countertop model, even though it was mounted above my oven as a built-in. The replacement model was the perfect size, and I purchased a trim kit specifically for that model and installation was a breeze for both pieces. The microwave works well with easy to understand controls. The feature buttons are handy and seem to work better than the previous model as far as cooking with pre-programmed temperatures and times.

It’s good that the controls are easy to use and not complicated. Easy to clean and heats up food quickly

The instructions were not consistent with the actual operation. The digital light is a white color, instead of blue/green; it is difficut to see due to the lack of clarity.

This would have been 5 stars but the light bulb is not bright enough to see what may be potentially overflowing and compounded by the fact that the door is darker than desired. Like the minute settings from 30 seconds to 8 minutes.

This is a very nice looking microwave, powerful & works well –EXCEPT It dies NOT have any numbers on it! If you B want 10 seconds, 39 seconds, 45 seconds, etc, there is NO way to set it. 1 or 2 minutes? Fine. 1 minute 15 seconds? Nope. It has NO NUMBERS. I would have returned it, but i’m disabled & had ti find someoneine to lift it in to the counter for me. Now i have to live with if. Not happy, but my own fault. But ive NEVER seen a microwave without numers! Until niw.

Purchased on line . Was exactly as described in the ad . Delivered to my front door the next day. I use the microwave almost every day, I could not be more pleased with the result. Went on line , researched, several stores, and different models of microwave, chose Best Buy and Whirlpool . Quality microwave, best price , fast service . All the features anyone needs or could want.

the perfect size and easy use food heater to have. the dimension just fit in our kitchen and ease of use mattters most, great buy.

Great product. Loved it. Fits anywhere on the counter and looks fantastic.

Not a good purchase whatsoever. Was trying desperately to get a microwave similar to my previous one (after 15yrs, it quit heating). This microwave doesn't even come close! So many ANNOYING (and completely unnecessary) functions, like the door LOCKING every 5 seconds and everything boiling over even after making adjustments! It's absolutely ridiculous! I should have just paid to have my old one fixed.....I want my old microwave back!

This microwave fit onto the shelf space with ease and looks great. The instructions are simple and easy to follow.

Everything we needed. Mostly for heating up stuff and melting butter it works well

Delivery wasn't to my residence. But left at the end of long driveway to be carried up.

Best Buy sold me a microwave that didn’t fit in my space. I gave them the number of my old microwave that did. They then made me call to have the microwave picked up. They wanted me to carry it myself which I told him I didn’t want to do. Then they sent UPS to leave a sticker and UPS did not return to pick up the microwave. finally got my money back.
