Cleans dishes Great and quite. This is a disher you would want im your home

Works just as stated. Great cleaner and you can stand next to it and talk while it’s running. Great feature is the silverware tray is in the door. No bending over to access the silverware.

LOVE! I rarely used a dishwasher until about a year ago. The old one was kid and you couldn’t hear the tv in the adjoining family room. I run this Whirlpool can’t even tell it’s on.

Loved this dishwasher until the top rack broke today! Quiet, cleans well, looks great in my new kitchen but cheap plastic tracks to hold the racks in place. I purposely bought stainless interior for durability. Very disappointed and not sure how I’m going to fix it. Also note-adult household so no kids being rough with it.

Easy to use. Like the one hour washing feature. Cleans the dishes really well. Don’t love the silverware holder on the door. And would prefer adjustable bottom shelf as well. Overall good for the price. And I’m happy with it.

This washer has good features. It has plenty of room for my pots and pans. Love the no handle option.

Best Buy was very helpful with the purchase & installation process, but the appliance itself has serious enough defects that I will be returning it. I thought there might be something wrong with the specific unit, so Best Buy brought out a replacement at no additional charge; but it is definitely the model and not just a bad unit. This dishwasher never fully washes all of the dishes, [no matter the heat/dry setting] the dishes are all completely soaked at the end of the cycle and smell terrible if the machine is not immediately opened & left open to dry, and [no matter what dishwasher detergent is used] the dishes are covered with water spots. Replaced all appliances in a kitchen remodel. This looks fantastic and works even better. Going to take some time adjusting to the silverware basket on the door.

Bought dishwasher in November 2020, it’s already leaking by front door. The replacement gasket is $85.00. Previously owned the cheapest Adora Dishwasher which lasted 20 years and never broke or leaked. Get warranty, but consider another brand. Trouble drying dishes as well.

We are not happy with this dishwasher at all. It does not drain correctly a lot of the time. There is often water in the bottom of the machine. When we run the drain option, it still doesn’t drain correctly. I would not recommend.

I bought this as a replacement for a cheapo builders special that was no longer doing the job. I wanted a stainless tub and something that really washed well. Based on reviews, I purchase this model sight unseen. So far, it seems to be working well. There are only two issues that I've had. One being that fact that the old dishwasher mounting holes in the granite counter did not seem to line up well to the tabs for this model. We tried to use the side mount kit instead and that ended up blowing out the wood side of the cabinet. I don't know why these have to be so hard to mount. Second issue which is really more of the reason why I took a star off. I hate hate hate the silverware basket. You have the option of putting it on the lower rack OR mounted on the door. On the lower rack, its totally unstable and flops around. However, on the door, is a pain in the neck. I probably would have passed on this model just for this had I known how clumsy the silverware holder was. Maybe I'm picky, I don't know. FOr something used every day, I think its important not to get frustrated with it.

I’d give this washer 5 stars but I don’t care for the door mounted utensil basket. And the top rack drags on the seal when it is shuffled in and out. I’m sure that’s going to be a headache later for me. But overall use is easy, it’s quiet and it gets my dishes clean.

This was simple for me to install (I am a DIY). It is surprisingly quiet and is working very well, considering our hard well water. We have used it for 2 months without any real complaints. There is a bit of a learning curve but we are using the recommended detergent pods and rinse aid. My only little criticism is the utensil basket which has many slots that are to small for our every day silverware. Also, kudos to Best Buy for their price match guarantee. I would MUCH prefer to buy locally than on-line. Especially TVs and computers and the like where they are just a few miles down the road if I need assistance.

I have always rented and used a lot of mediocre dishwashers over the years. This model is light years beyond anything I have ever used. Super quite, everything is clean (both racks and basket), and comes out dry. I have used several of the functions, but find the normal wash is tailored to my needs. There is so much room inside it takes me 2-3 days just to fill it for a wash. I did a lot of homework before my purchase and think I hit a home run. Turns out my Grandma has had this model for almost a year and loves it too. Her only complaint is it does take a while to complete a cycle, but I usually just set it to run at night and wake up to clean dishes.

We thought about spending less, but we settled on this because of reviews. Honestly, I'd probably go with a cheaper model next time, but I do think this one is fine. The qualms I have are small, but I don't think they're any different than qualms I'd have if I spent a lot less. It cleans dishes well. Not sure if modern dishwashers require wash aid as a trade off to using less water, but my old dishwasher could air dry dishes a lot better than this one. You really need to time the cycle out if you want to air dry, which is tough if you run it after dinner, and crack the door as soon as it's done. My old Frigidaire dishwasher had a vent. Installation was easy, but the clips that attach to the washer to screw it into counter or side cabinet are flimsy and the instructions are really unclear on the options. We made it work, but whoever uninstalls it is gonna see what a mockery it was. All said though, it cleans dishes well and we have cut down on our handwashing since we pretty much throw everything in here. It fits a lot and is easy to load except for the silverware tray. One issue is it doesn't srrms to remember my last settings, so I aleays have to turn off heat dry. I've gotten used to the silverware tray on the door, but I wish it latched better onto the bottom rack. It's designed to just sort of sit on two tiny nubs, and easy falls or pulls off. It would be better on or the rack, but it comes off really easily and has no other natural place to sit, so I just keep it on the door.

Wonderful product. Get my dishes just a clean if not cleaner than washing by hand. Very quite.

First the good. This dishwasher is very quiet when running. At times we open it not realizing someone had started it. Keep in mind once you open it you must press the start button for it to resume the cycle it does not restart automatically. This dishwasher is stylish and clean looking as the buttons are on the top out of view. This has nice heat that helps dry the dishes and we Love the stainless steel look to it also. I have not found it overly hard to keep clean even with a big dog in the house and his water bowl is right near the dishwasher. Now for the things we don't care for so much. The bottom rack all the pegs are welded pegs. Nothing is adjustable. Our last dishwasher had adjustable bars that when flipped over made room for larger items. I find without that some larger items are harder place and you can't get as much in as they take up more room laying them flat. We also don't like the filter you have to clean out under the heating element. It's awkward having to pull out the bottom tray climb down there fiddle with it to remove it go to the sink clean it out then try and get it all back together every few washes. Our last dishwasher had a built in disposal and would automatically clean all the gunk out during the wash. So, that being said we were needing a budget friendly alternative after ours died from a lightning strike and to be honest I can't expect all the same bells and whistles our last one was $1,200 . For the price this thing does a good job and I would recommend it for those needing a budget dishwasher.

We bought this dishwasher to replace our old one that stopped working. We were originally looking at the non stainless steel interior tub, but went with this one on the recommendation from the guy at Best Buy. I like it because it is stain resistant and looks and smells clean. Install is fairly easy, if your a little bit handy, you can do it yourself and save some money. The best thing about this dishwasher is that if you follow instructions, you should have no problem getting clean, dry dishes every time. The instructions say they you should not pre-clean the dishes, and you do not need to pre-clean. I spent my entire life up to this moment pre-cleaning dishes. If you use the correct cleaning pod ( I use Cascade Platinum and Cascade Rinse Aid), you will have clean spotless dishes every time. Of course, you need to scrap the chunks of food off, and I at least run them under the water, but it amazes me how clean it gets them. The rinse aid helps with drying and keeping the tub clean. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone. Oh, it is very quiet. I know our old one was loud, but when I first ran this one, I almost kept checking to see if something was wrong, because I could barely hear it.

I searched for quite a while before purchasing this dishwasher. I read the reviews and decided to purchase it. It works great and looks beautiful and is very quiet. Best Buy installed it. Couldn't be happier!
