I hadn't realized this washer works better with High Efficiency Detergent. Works OK if you dissolve Regular Detergent in a cup of Hot water and stir all the "grit" is gone. Then hit "Pause" button and add to clothes when the "WASH" cycle begins. Seems to take quite a bit longer for a load to finish. But they do come out clean. I prefer a little more water when I run a load, but I suppose it's a good idea to conserve on water usage.

It makes too much noise when washing. I have been a Whirlpool customer for many many years and was always happy. It is just too noisy for me.

I could live with the outrageous noise this machine makes, as long as the laundry room door is closed, but it doesn't get my laundry clean! It uses just as much detergent as the old model, even though it doesn't fit as many clothes. Towels and clothes don't come out soft and fluffy as before, and worse, stains don't budge out of sheets or t-shirts. I'm calling about a return!

It's a good price but it's noisy to me. It washes clothes fine.

I really am happy with this washer. Works great! Saves water & noise is minimum. I like the fabric softener dispense feature also. No more trying to catch the rinse cycle.

As far as I know it does the job, but I just don't like it. There is something about it, I don't know what. Just don't like it.

Machine is quiet, does a great job efficiently. I would recommend this to everyone. The installation went smooth and fast, also.

So far am very satisfied with this washing machine. The odd noises take some getting used to but it is still quieter than the 24 years old one it replaced.

A family member has the same washer so I got to try it before I bought it. I was surprised at how quiet it was. The only thing I don't like is the long the cycles.

We bought washer as a set with the dryer. Wish I would have read reviews prior. Not too happy with this one. I like to have the water on and running and load the clothes in and use the water and a cleaner to work on stains. I can't do that with this washer. You have to put clothes in and detergent then close lid for the water to start. It seems like only a little bit of water comes out too. Definitely not like the washing machine I had before. After a few cycles the lid will lock as well so you can't open it if you needed to. Not happy.

Purchased this for my mother she still aint used to the new high energy washers an it using such small amount of water but hasnt complained about anything else

It does not come with power cord & it is not mentioned in the description at the time of purchase. Rest all good.

We bought this washer along with the dryer to replace the 16 year old dryer my parents had given us. I love all the settings on this washer and that it senses for the water to be filled. It is a great size and for the price makes it a great washer.

Purchased my new HE Whirlpool - 3.5 Cu. Ft. 9-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer. Love the setting options, and full water choice and the best clean laundry. For heavy wet clothes like jeans I just give it one more spin.(option of settings).

I bought this dryer with the washer. It works well, but it was not drying a load for some reason, but if I keep the dryer on timed dry it seems to work well.

Clothes come out looking great and smell good. Just loud compared to my last one

This washer meets my needs beautifully. It is easy use, cleans my laundry with less soap than recommended. I really like this washer a lot.

I was looking for a decent brand at a low price. Nothing too fancy with this washer but it does the job.

This washing machine gets all the water out of your clothes, and it lights up to let you know where it is at in the cycle. The washing maching also locks so kids can't get into the washing machine or stop the cycle. I like it alot.
