Great Washer quieter than my front loader, and gets my clothes cleaner. Don't have to worry about overloading as much, and can use any kind of detergent that want

I HAVE ONLY HAD FOR A FEW MONTHS . SO FAR WORKS VERY WELL. TUB HOLDS A BIG LOAD.

i was luckey that the store had it in stock so i could take it home that nite and set it up the 1st thing that i notice was that the water filled slower then my old one and i have replaced the fill hoses but the best thing is that it is very quiet

Small to large loads are handled well. Clothes are cleaned.

This is my third purchase of this same washer throughout the years. This model has outlasted any on the market that friends & family have purchased. It is an excellent product and the value ends up just being a plus.

I like my new washer. It looks good and does a great job.

Had a problem the first week but Whirlpool sent a technician right out and the issue was resolved immediately and the washer works great. The clothes are practically dry when they come out. The sale price was great and the delivery guys were awesome!

Its new and I still getting used to it, but I like it overall. I am used to the old school washers that allow you to throw clothes in anytime in the wash, can't now with lid lock unless you suspend the wash cycle, took me a few minutes to figure that out. Use to my old loud and in efficient model. Had to check on it several times to make sure it was working, but it seems to be fine.

I hate spending a ton of money on something that's hidden away in your utility room. This machine is quiet enough, especially with door closed. It has enough bells & whistles and does a great job cleaning your clothes. It is so simple to use. I've washed everything from heavy duty stuff to hand washables.

I purchased this to replace a much more expensive Whirlpool which was an awful design. This is a better washer but when it was delivered and installed the drain hose was installed to deep into the drain which caused a suction lock which would drain the tub while filling it sometimes and sometimes not. The field service people discovered that was the problem. The service guy adjusted the hose and it seemed to work reliably for a couple of days. Great I thought, but then the drain hose came out of the drain and flooded my laundry area. After adjusting the drain hose myself I have two weeks without a problem. The odd thing is that drain hose is rather small in diameter compare to the drain hoses on older machines. I would expect to be able to trust both Best Buy's installation and Whirlpools field service with something that seems so simple but alas, no. The washer itself seems okay but the experience has left me with an unpleasant taste in my mouth.

I bought this in the BestBuy store and had it delivered. I had no issues with the delivery and I love the washer. It's smaller than the one I had before, but that's what I wanted. And it's very quiet, which was important for me because my washer/dryer unit is right off my kitchen; and my kitchen is part of an open room layout. I recommend this washer for a 1 or 2 person household.

We bought this for the price, least expensive of the full size washers available. Works great! Very happy!

This is a great product for the price,works great .

It makes noise when washing and spinning. But the price is worth it and it does a great job at getting clothing cleaned. Worth getting if just looking for next to basic

This washer is big enough. It cleans very well. I uses very little water. It has all the controls I need. Yet, it has no extras I don't need and it was inexpensive. I've used it on huge heavy rug loads, sleeping bags, blue jeans, and oil rags all the way down to the smallest loads with the most delicate scarves and heirloom doilies my great aunt made. So far, so good. It's sounds are different than my previous Maytag , it is a lot quieter. We'll see if it will last as long. The Maytag lasted 29 years before the clutch went out.

This is a great washer and you could not beat the price. Mother loves her new Washer and brag to all her friends about how great it washes.

It works and is as described have not had any issues only dislike that it locks

I was looking for a plain washer without all the fancy electronics that are constantly breaking. My last washer was 2 years and 2 months old when it stopped working and was going to cost more to fix than to buy a new one. Don't care about fancy water saver, or no agitator, giver me a reliable washer that will clean your clothes! This one fills the bill.

Great washer for someone on a budget clothes come out cleaner then a more expensive unit

Love this set, washer runs well. The only problem I have had is I don't like that it drains if you don't start it right away.
