The machine is very good. Has many options and functions; gets the job done. Makes some noises that I'm not use to but just need to get use to it. Overall, I'm Happy with the machine.

This was a floor model I purchased for a great price and it works perfect.

We got this one as a replacement for our old Maytag which got bad transmission. It does exactly as advertised - nothing fancy, but my wife raves how much better the clothes come out now. If you look for a basic, reliable machine - do not hesitate

Works much better than the high efficiency machine I had before. This machine, though priced low, is a really good machine so far. Time will tell how long it will last but so far I am impressed. It has a lot of wash and rinse options, including one or two rinse options, with and without fabric softener. I also recommend utilizing Best Buy's delivery and setup. This was the first time we have done so, and I will do it from now on. The guys who installed it were at my house for about 10 minutes, and that includes the removal of the old machine.

This is a great washer. It is very small and easy to use.

Purchased this for my Mom. She didn't want one with "all the bells and whistles" so this is perfect for her. It still has some nice features, even though I am calling it "simple"; it's just easy for my Mom to figure out.

While it's a relatively basic machine, it does the job well and has all the features that I need, more features than my old washer that it replaced when the old one died. I really like it.

I just bought the set to replace a front load washer. I will never use a front load again. We were looking for the most simple washer and dryer and these are awesome. The washer cleans so well. The only thing is it is a little loud. But doesn't bother us one bit

Seems while reviewing my profucts I got the washer mixed up with the dryer. Very satisfied with the washer so far. I've been very satisfied with the PRODUCTS however, I will never purchase another product from Best Buy again - their customer service is horrible.

This washer was purchased to replace a 10-yr old Admiral top loader. It performs its job of washing clothes adequately for $349 with free delivery and setup. I also purchased extended 2-year warranty. Costco had a cheaper price on similar model but I didn't know at the time. This model now sells for $549 - 10% so in terms of value for money, we bought at right time. I cannot speak to longevity since it was only one month old. In future, I may replace the electric drier but wait for the sales. Speed Queen washers are available elsewhere that look very dependable but at higher price.
