Clock does not keep time. The operating panel is not user friendly. It is difficult to set the temperature and time. Never know if it is going to operate properly. Would not purchase again.

Researched a lot of ovens and this was the best for the price. Looks great and easy to use.

Our opening had to be cut slightly to slide in, which left a slight gap in the bottom. The installer told us to order fron Microfit Trim in Calif. A week later we had our trim and match the stainless perfectly

I read other reviews that said this oven was noisy, but, the same was said of my LG refrigerator which I have not found to be true, so decided to go ahead and get this oven based on the other reviews. (I originally picked out the LG oven, but, unfortunately, it wouldn't fit in my wall area where my previous oven was.) I haven't really used this Whirlpool oven much yet, so it's difficult to say much about it except, it cooks/bakes things like it's supposed to. However, it is noisy!!! The fan is on the whole time the oven is on and also during cool down. It sounds like a wind tunnel. I find it extremely irritating. This is not a convection oven. My previous oven (Kitchenaid) was a convection oven and it did not make near the noise this one does. I don't understand why the fan has to be so noisy. Because of that, I can't recommend it, unless you want to turn on your music loudly the entire time you're using the oven.

paid over $1,000 for this. Every time we put on the oven it makes a low whistling sound. and continues throughout cooking cycle. Never have had an oven do that before. I understand a low sound when the fan comes on but not when the oven is on. After waiting for 45 minutes and being transferred to various people, a Geek Squad technician told me that we were going to have that sound with every oven we purchased??!! Obviously, he is quite wrong -- I waited and also paid an expensive warranty to hear such a ridiculous response. In all my years, I have never heard an oven whistle when it is on!
