The lid locks once it starts washing so you cant add clothes after the cycle has started. It is a bit louder than I was expecting but its not a problem.

Nice looking but weird sounds

It’s definitely nice looking and has a lot of options for the different types of laundry jobs. It does make strange popping noises every now and then throughout the cycle and can be a little loud. Would be fine if it’s in an enclosed area or garage.

Not a simple machine

I get a fault code and have to unplug the machine for a minute and restart it. Than have to tilt it so the water flows to the pump (i am guessing this) once the pump sounds like it is primed everything is fine. It has happened mybe 5 times. I am going to recheck my leveling job but im thinking it is a querk.

We love the glass top design and the fact that the HE washer will help us save a few bucks on our water bill each month. Although I preferred the gray unit, i couldn't justify spending the extra money just for the darker color.
