Really good washer! I have the matching dryer to go with it also. Have been using both of them for over a year, very pleased. One thing to note is it makes a loud click when starting a load. Other than that it’s great!

So far so good I love that there are no dials all touch screen. Works very well. Only thing there were no instructions on how to use it. I had to go online and this washer is apparently fairly new model so there wasn't much on it but found a YouTube video on it.

I chose this model for the ability to control water level. I use the deep water fill option to ensure water covers clothes. I love the glass lid and the detergent dispenser. Just fair for soil removal. I’m finding I have to prescrub spots - even heavy duty cycle doesn’t remove.

I've had no issues with this washer in the 2 months that I've had it, except that it does not like powder detergent. As long as you use liquid detergent, you're golden, but if you use powder, it will clump on your clothes slightly if you run a full load.

I replaced my GE Profile with this washer. I am extremely satisfied with this washer and how it cleans my clothes. I spilled some juice on my jeans while in my suitcase. The GE did not remove the stains after 4-5 washes. This machine removed the stains after the first wash.

My mom absolutely loves her surprise present. She did not need a new washing machine as her machine was working. I got her this model to give her more flexibility with wash loads and features. She is so happy to have this machine and the larger washing capacity.

I love the faucet feature, the and the washer looks great, but I cannot believe how loud it is. When it is on in the basement, you can still hear it loud and clear upstairs, several rooms away. My previous washer was front load and was way less noisy. I’m guessing this is because the door seals when a front load washer is shut. The lid on this washer does not sit flush or have any kind of seal, so it doesn’t block any of the noise. I’m not sure how the noise level would compare to other top load washers. Other than that, the washer is great. The full digital controls and the design of the washer make it look high end and modern.

Just bought this a few weeks ago. It's taken some time to figure out the right settings for us since this thing uses the least amount of water possible, which sometimes doesn't allow for the clothes to come clean. So far, so good.

After researching other products found this to best meet our needs. Performs very well. Unit is noisy like other reviews note. Very good service from sales staff, Jarrod Tipton and Richard Shinbaum. Pricing was best anywhere. Extremely pleased with everything.

I was using a front loader washer. I prefer this washer for several reasons. It functions very well, I like the features on the machine. It does every thing I need it to do. and much better than the front load I had.

Had it for just over a month. Large cleaning drum. Washes the clothes very well. Have the experienced the complaints in other reviews that it uses very little water for efficiency reasons and does not do the cleaning well

Excellent washer! It’s actually comes with the hose drain so you don’t have to buy a separate one. But I do suggest you buy a different clamp to keep the drain on because the one provided is not good !

From the moment I saw this washer it was love at first sight ! I’m simply amazed at the price and quality for the overall value . Talk about a great deal this machine is energy efficient and works great I love the options for the cycles.

This replaced a samsung washer that stopped functioning. Really love the features and ease of the Whirlpool. I wish the "end cycle" chime was louder as this is in my garage but overall a great unit.

It does everything you expect. I have occasionally pulled put clothes that still had crusty food on them from my child. Could be the lack of an agitator. Washer needs an imbalanced load safety feature. We have issues when washing bulk such as bedding. Washer gets violent.
