OMG. It's crazy to be happy about doing laundry. This makes me happy. This makes me actually want to do laundry. It's a beast - HUGE. For a large family, it makes things go very quickly. I put it on the pedestals so I don't have to bend. It's fast and it's quiet (except when you have super bulky towels spinning at the fastest speed). It's flexible - so many options - all digital - really easy to program. And OMG, you don't have to deal with detergent or fabric softener. It's pricey, but I tried another and returned it - it was garbage. This is totally amazing. If you can afford it, you won't be disappointed. If you can't afford it, save up so that you can afford it. LOL.

Love this washer, you can program your favorite cycles, and put the app on your phone, which tells you when your wash is done, or how many minutes are left in the cycle, and it cleans great.

I love this washer...roomy and quiet. Gets clothes really clean and leaves them with minimal water and ready for the dryer. Intuitive and easy controls.

Love this washer! Was handed down my parents old original Whirlpool duet from about 02 or 03 and it was finally starting to stop working right. This is definitely one of the top of the line models. Touch screen takes a little getting used to, but after using a few times I got used to that. Also, you can make favorite cycles and save them and manage it in the app and get alerted from the app that my cycle is complete. Much larger capacity than my old one so I can wash a ton more than before. Also, I didn't even realize when I bought it that it has the drawer in the bottom where you can load your detergent and softener so you don't have to add it every cycle! You can also adjust how much detergent is being dispensed in each load in the options as well. Was a little worried the door didn't seem a solid as my old ones, but after using for several months it seems fine. It also has self balancing and doesn't shake violently like the old one with a big heavy load.

The washing process if very quick and simple with its settings. It matches the Whirlpool washer. The app is very accessible. It's standard functionality and sleek design exceed all the competition.

I searched each manufacturer's products before purchasing this one. Everyone has a smart washer/dryer set but this adds smart to a already smart hardware. The hardware is solid and the smart technology is great! The only thing I might be worried about is, will they keep updating the software as this is the only smart model they have.

Love this smart washer and we also bought the matching smart dryer. Using the app on your phone to control it all is convenient. Especially like the notifications when a load is done. Really love the bulk detergent loader in the front—not having to load messy detergent every load makes the whole laundry experience much better. Not to mention Whirlpool is a solid reliable brand. Repair guys say they rarely have to fix Whirlpool appliances. Yeah it’s expensive but worth it in the long run!

It is handles all my wash needs including large bedding. I also purchased the matching dryer. I have owned whirlpool in the past and have had good experiences all around.

Touchscreen is easy to use, the washer is quiet and I like the notifications on my phone when the cycle is complete. Overall, there is not much to complain about.

Upon purchasing this item, I was thoroughly excited with the amount of technology that was put into this appliance. The updates on my app on my phone have been tremendous for me to stay on top of my laundry. Highly recommend.

The touch screen isn't the nicest, especially for the cost.

Late delivery, had to be rescheduled. I will have to wait
