We did a go fund me to get this oven for our group home and the glass door broke within two days. We called \Maytag and they came out twice without fixing it or notifying us. We called again and they said the parts on backorder. Now we are past the 14 day return policy so we have to wait for an item to arrive on backorder. We have the 5 year protection, geek squad protection, and total protection. That just means we get the run around when we call.

The stove is great but it had dings on both sides and a dent on the left side.

The oven is damaged and They didn’t bring gas range installation

Best Buy has great appliances. We went with all black whirlpool when we redid our house to sell. Looks great works great.

The business was a bad one. The inner glass cover of the oven broke and shattered one week after delivery of the gass range.

It’s not the first time that I get something and is damaged.

Fits nicely in the dimensions I described and works well.

I'm a guy who loves to cook and BBQ, I've worked in restaurants when I was a kid. The big plus is the grill style grates on top and the Huuuge burners in front. This is a newer style and it exceeded my expectations. Boils a BIG pot of water fast! I like the underneath broiler as well, oldschool, can quickly broil with it open on a quality pan with metal handle. Only downside is you have to understand it shares the broiler and oven element, just be aware if your broiling stuff, your oven is getting very hot! All in all I love it and got it on sale for an excellent price.For the price, it's 5 stars and even it's looks are great. Best Wishes. Oh PS BB now charges to haul away appliances? That I didn't like.

The product was at a good price point for the appearance and options. Ease of use and looks were very classy. Love the black And stainless option.

Although I prefer the broiler on top of the oven and a drawer below, I love the large oven. Andthe huge stove top is incredibly easy to move heavier pots around and just to kee the coffee pot or tea kettle on the back for use daily -- and still have lots of room to cook on front burners. Those front burners are much larger than my prior stove, so making perked coffee, I find it more helpful to start o the front burner and finish on the back. Sealed burners are a must, and I find the 2 big grates to be much lighter than I expected for their size. It makes cleaning easy. In addition, the stainless and black make a nice look in my old kitchen.

I give it five stars because of its simplicity, operational ease and overall look. The only irritating thing was changing the fuel orfices and regulator settings for lp gas. Had to unscrew the burners and then remove the top parts and screw the bottom back in to change the orfice on each burner, also the regulator cap is glued on and can’t be removed by hand as suggested in the instructions. Overall, a good stove for the price.

Bought this for our apartment 2 years ago. We haven't had any issues with it. Clean up is easy, it's very spacious, and I love all the features it has when it comes to baking and timers . Great price too.

I love this stove. It is beautiful and matches all of my appliances. It is easy to use and it cooks the food great. I especially love how the top part looks with the burners.

I bought this range for a rental property. It was easy to set up, and looks great with the full grate top. Haven't heard any feedback from tenants yet, but testing after hook up, everything seemed to work well. Heated up quickly. Burners fired nicely. Appears to be great value for the price.

I needed a new stove and this one is beautiful and reasonably priced. I have found over the years that Whirlpool is by far the best brand for appliances. I have tried GE (microwave - broke within 2 years), Frigidaire (electric stove - broke within 4 years. The glass door just shattered for no reason. I replaced it myself for $100.00 and 2 months later the oven stopped working), Samsung (electric stove - less than 5 years old and the hot surface light stays on and therefore, I cannot use the self cleaning oven feature) and a Samsung refrigerator (broke within 4 years. Big sheets of ice forms under the storage drawer). I have since replaced all these items with Whirlpool and so far so good. (I had a Whirlpool dryer that lasted 22 years without a single repair and a refrigerator that lasted 20 years without a single repair).
