WALL AC unit makes a huge difference! We’ve always used window ac units and there is a HUGE difference! I bought 2 for the 2 wall sleeves that covers my entire house. Like any other unit they are noisy. They cool down the area in minutes. I live in CT, I keep my house at 60 year round. (The units go to 61) The day we set them up it was almost 80 outside and I was shivering inside after them being installed. These will save me money due to them being so efficient.

Great AC unit. Perfect for my apartment and was easy to install. Biggest and best feature is the ability to dehumidify. Perfect. It works quickly. Oh yeah, it's great at cooling but the ability to humidify is paramount.

Upon installation, we discovered that the unit was not operational. To restore functionality in the meantime, I reinstalled our previous unit and had to reframe the support structure to accommodate it. Unfortunately, Best Buy declined to accept a return of the non-functioning unit, and Whirlpool would not dispatch a technician until the broken unit was reinstalled and photos were submitted as proof.
Now, I am required to remove the broken unit again and reinstall it when the technician arrives, just so they can service it — adding even more inconvenience to an already frustrating experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
