Am very happy with all the features of the washer.

I love my new Whirlpool Washer & Dryer that I purchased from Best Buy. Both appliances have a variety of settings to customize the cycles to the clothing items being washed or dried. I especially like the "pre-soak" cycle on the washer for getting out tough stains like blood or grease. The dryer has a "refresh cycle with or without steam" which is great for de-wrinkling items that are not dirty. My overall experience with this stacking unit has been terrific. The appliances have more than met my expectations. The Best Buy sales & installation teams were extremely knowledgeable & helpful with my purchase.

I highly recommend this dryer especially the steam refresh cycle which helps me get wrinkles out of my clothing.

Price is reasonable and easy to use/install compare to other brands.

I replaced a Samsung dryer that only lasted 3 years before drum cracked. I have had this dryer over a month and I really like it. It dries quickly, after you turn off the eco boost. Great thought but makes trying time 73 minutes. Seems like quality dryer so I hope my repairman was correct. He said he sees Whirlpool products the least. So I bought Whirlpool.

This unit replaced a two year old model that had a repair problem. This dryer has done an excellent job so far. Still working on how and when to use steam as this was a new feature.
