This thing is a bit expensive, but for what you get...priceless. It's high quality. Works perfectly. And you'll never have to scoop again! Both of my cats immediately loved it and pooped in it the second I got it ready haha, could just be my experience but wow. Super easy to get setup and uses litter more efficiently than a regular box. I've noticed I only have to top it up every 2 weeks, and I have two ragdoll cats who eat and poop/pee a LOT. 10/10. If you can save up or finance it, do it.

After naming my Litter Robot 4 'Dirty Harry', I can confidently say that it's been the best purchase I've made this year! With three furbabies at home, I went from scooping several times a day to just emptying the bin twice a week. Although it was pricey, paying with deferred interest made it manageable. So glad I made the investment! Love 'Dirty Harry' the Litter Robot and so do my kitties!!!

We have had the litter robot 4 for a few months now and we gotta give it a 5 star. Having the litter robot has significantly cut down on our time doing litter every week. Previously we had spent 15 min every other day scooping, bagging, disposing, and refilling litter. We were also was having to purchase litter twice a month. Now with the litter robot we only need to change litter once a week which takes 5-10 minutes. Litter robot scoops litter/waste after any cat used the litter and places litter/waste into bag automatically. Now all we have to do is pull the waste bag out and tie it, replace the bag, and add litter if needed. We are also only buying litter once every 5 weeks as opposed to twice a month. I use Purina Tidy Cats light weight 17 IB cat litter that I was also using previously to getting the litter robot. The price of the litter robot seems a bit expensive but with only having to purchase litter every 5 weeks now and the 50 min back a week that would have been spent managing litter, I have to say that the litter robot has been totally worth it! In a year or 2 it will quite literally pay itself off.

We have a single spoiled cat. Prior to our move, we had the Litter Robot 3, which was already a godsend for our busy schedules. Since we were moving already, we thought to just upgrade to the Litter Robot 4 and it’s just noticeably so much better. Size is about the same, maybe slightly less voluminous since it’s no longer that spherical design and instead is more of a cone. Sound is nearly silent when compared to 3, sometimes I don’t even realize it’s filtering. Because of how the tray is designed, it feels like it can actually hold more, before it needs to be changed out. As expected, the only con is the cost. It’s definitely a luxury item. Not super necessary, but I don’t think I’ll be going back to scooping ever again.

Skeptical because my cats are prissy but they are both using it now. The smell is minimal in comparison to a regular litter box and their is very little maintenance in keeping it clean. I do recommend switching to a clay/solid litter to keep the dust levels down however. It even has a night light which I think is cute and a nice little bonus.

I previously had another brand’s self-raking litter box, but over time it got louder and less efficient. I finally decided to upgrade to the Litter Robot after debating it for over a year. WOW! It works extremely well. Quick & easy to set up. The app is easy to use. It is much quieter and has much better odor control than my previous box.

I’ve tried so many cat litters that I was starting to think my cats were plotting against me. Every brand promised “no odor,” but my house kept telling a very different story. Then I found this one — and WOW. The odor control is so good that I actually forgot I have two cats for a moment. It clumps perfectly, doesn’t turn into cement, and my cats approved it instantly (which is a miracle by itself). Cleaning the litter box used to feel like a punishment… now it’s almost satisfying. My house smells great, my cats are happy, and I no longer fear surprise visits. If you have cats, do yourself a favor and get this. It’s the hero we didn’t know we needed.

We absolutely love this product. Once out of the box, it was set up within minutes. I sat down next to it so my cats would come close to sniff out how dangerous it was…they both hopped in and used it within 5 minutes. I sat in aww of the cleaning cycle. But, apparently, that’s a thing people do. I honestly love watching it cycle. It’s so quiet! One thing, which I may just have to read into more- I don’t care when it cycles, I just want a notification when it’s full or needing more litter. Great app features - weight, alerts, night silencing…overall, yes, it’s an investment, but do it. Yesterday.

I would recommend buying this directly from the manufacturer. I ordered the bundle package but did not receive any of the accessories from Bust Buy. When I received the litter box without any of the accessories I assumed they would come separately within a day or two. I set up the cat box and it works great. After not receiving the accessories I tried calling customer support on a Sunday but they were closed. I was able to text with customer support and they recommended I bring my used litter box into the Best Buy store so they can exchange it. I don’t need a new litter box. I need the accessories that I paid for. I was told the only option is to ship it back or bring it into the store. It appears as if I will loose out on the extra money I spent for the accessories because I am not willing to ship or bring in the poopy litter box. Shame on you Best Buy!

One of the best products I purchased in a while. Wish we made it years ago. Our cat also seems to think so. He started using it on day one. We were a little nervous since his old cat box was located in a different room and this one need power and relocated within our home. No more smells and easy to empty with the phone app alerting us when its time. The night light is another great feature our old cat litter box didn't have and very quiet. The bundle package worked out great getting us started immediately. Definitely worth every penny.

To be honest, I was a little skeptical at first of this litterbox. For the cost, what’s the hype right? Well I have found a couple of flaws as well as a few perks. Flaws: if you need to keep it on carpet you will need a carpet tray otherwise you’ll get errors. If you have an obese cat or a cat who’s got a disability, you’re going to need the ramp. So those two issues right there made me spend a little more money. We have 3 cats, and it took a little bit for them to adjust to this. I may have also used an abundance of cat nip as well to convince them that it wasn’t going to kill them. Once they figured it out, we were golden. Additionally we have a dog who loves to eat “cat snacks” out of the litter box when it’s not fenced off. So with its being continuously clean, 1. It has no smell at all. 2. The dog no longer has access to her “delicious treats”. 3. When it cycles it is insanely QUIET. We never hear it cycle at night and I get notifications to my phone when it has completed. I haven’t had any major issues with this yet, and TBH, I really like it!!

The litter bot is a game changer! no longer do I have to scoop up clumps of poop/pee & My place never smells like cat pee when coming home from work like it used to. You also control everything through a really straight forward & intuitive app that gives useful info on your cat like weight, when it actually used the litter box etc. The price is hefty but if you have more than one cat its almost a must have quality of life buy

So upfront it's a expensive cost. But man does does thing make litter so much better to deal with. The only downside I would say to owning a cat is cleaning the litter and this does such a good job at that. Only had to change it every week or so if it got full and of course clean the inside every other week instead of everyday. We had 2 cats and were able to save so much money on litter because of this machine not to mention no issues with the actual box ever in the few years owning it and if we did. Peace of mind because it was warrantied. Definitely a recommendation for the other cat owners looking to save on litter and time cleaning.

I love the kitty robot. It took my kitties sometime to get accustomed to it but the idea that I no longer have to scoop daily is the buying point for me. It was super easy to set up. Basically just plugged it in and put some litter. The robots automatically did a cycle and my cats were intrigued but hesitant to go in. I’m hoping they will use it more often.

I went from litter robot older model to this one and this one is so much better in so many ways. The opening is bigger without loosing space inside , easier to put the litter bag in the waste compartment . Quieter and easier to operate th manual buttons cause they are on the top of the box instead of the bottom . Controls the odors better as well. Highly recommend to anyone who has 1 or several cats .

My only regret is not buying it sooner. With 5 cats (ranging from under 6mo-12years old) and one litter robot we are changing the waste bin 2-3x a week, and adding a scoop of litter every couple of days. It is ridiculously convenient, and it definitely does contain the odor light years better than a conventional litter box. Another great benefit - its usage of litter is so efficient, with the current cost of litter this bad boy will darn near pay for itself because of how much less litter we are using compared to trying to keep a conventional box filled and clean. All of our cats transitioned to it seemlessly. The smart scale feature has been kind of a bust with 5 cats, 2 of which are nearly identical in weight (which has automatically disabled the feature w/no way of overriding it - but I hear a firmware update to fix that is in the works). I can tell that there is some finess to be learned with the brand of litter, how full you fill it, and the length of cycle delay (heavier litters that track less like Dr. Elsey’s you want to use less of, and have a longer cycle delay vs Boxie Pro which is lighter, you can use a bit more of it, and it clumps faster and can have a shorter cycle delay time, etc.). Honestly its a game changer! Never scooping litter again!

If you have a large cat this is perfect for them, my cat is on the larger side and he is able to comfortably get in to do his business and get out. It has made life so much easier! And tho I use one of the odor packs (in the wrong place, I have it in the waste drawer) I don't believe it's really necessary as I can't smell a difference when it's empty or full. Also it's very quiet when cleaning, I don't need to put it on a night cycle and it doesn't wake me up.

My blind cat was the first one to jump in. Ive had no issues with! Never going back to a regular litterbox. It's pretty stinky when yoj open the drawer to change the bag, but ill take 10 seconds of holding my breath vs 20 mins scooping daily. We have 4 cats and i have to change the bag once a week.-photo of blind cat going into it. She went in.. she fit.. she sit. Took to it immediately!

One of the absolute best purchases I’ve ever made! If you have a cat or multiple cats this is a must have! It’s already saved me on litter not to mention my back! I have 6 cats and I’m already planning on getting one more Litter Robot for the back of my house! This is a life saver!!!

I went for the litter robot 3 to now the 4. I have had a bunch ofnproblems with my three but so far not none with the four. I have three cats and i am happy with the new features. I get to know which cat went (like how often). This is good if your cat has any underline health conditions & you need to monitor their potty time for the doctor. I also like it always me to know the tray is full or whats going on. It helps when your busy or dont always have time. The notifications on your phone really helps. I also like the new features on being to have pods\ filters to help with smells. The rotation is in the inside so i dont have to worry that much of the other animals getting on top and stopping it or the dogs being interested in it. This unit helps me since i am disabled and i dont want to have to rely on anyone for help. I know the price throws people off but i strong believe its worth it. Your saving on litter, time and your nose will thank you later. If you're like me you hate cleaning litter.. this way you dont have to & to be real with you one of my cats really throws stinks ones. Also love the new light feature and how they updated the app.. i feel weird being excited about a litterbox but hey it helps. Only con so far is i purchased the bundle (which i dont really recommend because you can purchase things separately or non whisker products for cheaper) it didnt come with the odor pods holders.. thats an additional $30 or $20 depending on which one you get.
