Great build quality. Moves a good amount air. The stainless steel baffles are a plus one mesh filter. We purchased this unit because we like the rounded corners on the front edges.

Total tech did not install the range hood.

This is not a product review, this is more of Best Buy Totaltech review.
The total tech did not install the range hood. It is sitting in my garage since last month. Bestbuy sends a third party for the installation and they are asking money to install it. I was told that installation is free of cost as I am the TotalTech member. I scheduled another appointment today but the total tech representative was very rude, she did not put the right notes in the appointment. I am sure the installer will come without any clue what needs to be done.
Extremely disappointed with best buy total tech.
