Customer Ratings & Reviews

This vacuum changed my life. It has the best suction in a vacuum I’ve ever used. It was pretty easy to assemble. I’ll admit it’s a tad heavy and can be SLIGHTLY difficult turning but when you factor in how heavy it is and how strong it sucks in it makes sense. It’s pretty low profile and can be stored away easily. Detaching the arm is amazing and easy and retains that good quality suck Dyson is so good at delivering. Literally moments after assembling it my youngest son spilled half a bag of pretzels on the floor and my wife asked me to pick it up. What mess? There was no mess because the vacuum made that mess disappear like Amelia Earhart. Seriously recommend purchasing; it’ll keep your floors and carpets clean.

Al my vacuums have been Dyson brand from the cordless ones to this one and I love them all great suction literally the only vacuum that will pick up all dog hair easy to clean easy to used has a tube for high areas and stairs. The thing I love most about Dyson is once you have one you will always have one Dyson warranty will replace all parts as the ware and tear on them affects them which it’s not a quick thing Dyson will mail you every part as you need it until you have a new vacuum again there app is easy to use and you can register you vacuum to make it easier to find the right parts for your specific vacuum. Definitely 10 out of 10!

Bought this at the great promotion and after looking at the reviews. Despite the weight and the cords, you can see the result after using it with freshly vacuumed carpet. I tested once right after vacuuming with the wireless and once when the roomba has just passed by. Was surprised how much it was still getting. Only downside is the stair tool could be improved though, quite confusing because it doesn't reach the top stairs from the bottom but almost falling when vacuuming from the top.

I’ve had several vacuums over the years and this vacuum is probably one of the better ones. It was easy to put together and the technology in this thing is insane. It’s easy enough for anyone to operate and the suction is incredible. I returned the shark duo because it has to many things going on and I like the simplicity of this vacuum. However if I owned a house with stairs in them I would probably opt for the lift away version

I have found that the dyson works the best and lasts the longest of the vacuums I've purchased over the years. This dyson can be adjusted for hardfloors and carpets and the brush can be turned off as well. Works great on my hardwood floors.

We board dogs in our house all year around with our own 2 labs, cat, and foster dogs. This is the first vacuum that ACTUALLY pulls up all the hair and dirt without going over it 100 times. As a pet owner and sitter, I HIGHLY recommend this vacuum!!

Easy to ensemble...light....and it picks up dirt very well. I would buy another one due t9 this one working so well

Best vacuum ive ever had. I always thought shark was good until I bought 3 over the yrs and they would always break after a yr of use for each one. This is my first dyson and it lives up to the hype. Kinda expensive for me but my floors never been cleaner!

Its a vacuum, it has great suction power, it has incredible mobility and flexibility, the tools are an incredibly helpful addition as well as the flexibility and length of the tubes themselves.

I definitely recommend this vacuum! The first time I used it in the living room I found how much cat fur was hidden in the carpet! It is easy to move and after a few times using it you will find how to vacuum the corners of the walls.

Extreme suction great for everything.lvt, tile and wooden floors all with accent carpets.....don't waste money on animal extra.

Great vacuum with good maneuverability and suction. Large capacity canister for fort. A little on the heavy side but definitely worth the price, especially on sale.

The best vacuum I have ever owned. Vacuums everything from hard floor to carpet. No hairs stuck in brush like other vacuums and very powerful.

It is super powerful and the cable is very long, which makes it comfortable to clean large areas.

Great vacuum, simple to put together, and easy to use. Do wish it had more maneuverability but satisfied in general

Dyson makes vacuuming fun. I enjoy this vacuum, it really picks up and gets down deep. Looked like a new carpet. Works great on floors.

Lightweight and maneuverable. Easier to move around than our older Dyson upright vacuum and delivers the same superior results.

Its heavy to push. But consider it a work out for core, and arms. Carpets look like new.

Best vacuum I’ve ever owned. Hands down. Has removed so much inbedded dust, dirt and pet hair leaving carpet looking amazing!

Works great! Not too loud. Does the job well! I recommend.
