Hana was an amazing salesman. The laptop is just what I needed. Lightweight. Durable. Great battery life. Easy to transport. Pretty fast. The only issue is that the speakers aren’t as loud as my old Toshiba, but it is still a great laptop.

I recently purchased this laptop, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The performance is incredibly fast, the display is crystal clear, and the battery life easily lasts throughout the day. Whether I’m working, browsing, or streaming, everything runs smoothly without any issues. It’s well-built, reliable, and exceeded my expectations. This Chromebook was purchased during a Christmas in July sale for $159. For the price, it is an excellent laptop. Pros: 1) Price. Not often do you find a new, reputable brand laptop in that price range with these features. 2) It was ready to use right out of the box, and little effort was needed to further customize it. 3) Built in tutorials were great when customizing it. Simple to use, and any info needed or questions I had were easy to find. 4) Having it jive with everything Google was a bonus. It made switching programs from my previous work laptop over to the new Chromebook an incredibly easy task. 5) Battery lasts a long time and charges fast. 6) Not a big fan of the plastic feel, but it is durable and lightweight. Cons: 1) The HP Assistant Support goes in circles, asking me to install it when it’s already installed. No biggie since I haven’t had a need for it. Anything I would need from that feature I can find elsewhere on the Chromebook. 2) Some apps on the laptop are already outdated. Understandably, this is a 2025 model, but I would still expect every app to be usable. However, any apps that I wanted that were updated, I was able to find alternative apps that had everything I needed. 3) The letters/numbers/symbols on the keyboard are very, very light and too close to the color of the keys making it hard to see them even in broad day light. This makes it miserable to find certain symbols on the keys. All in all, given the price, this is an excellent laptop, and I would purchase it again if I needed a replacement.

This device was an absolute steal for the price of this at the time I bought it!! It ended up being larger than I expected, which was a plus but also it serves its purpose for exactly what I wanted!! The features are really nice and it performs very smooth!! It looks similar to a MacBook with the thin framework all!! If you have a freshman college kid or even just want to upgrade your computer, I suggest you look into getting this!!

This laptop is the perfect size! Very compact design and easy to use. It's not heavy so it's easy to carry with you wherever you need!

This is great for simple remote work projects. Was super easy to setup and runs super fast. I love how lightweight it is too .

Hp Chromebook works great for what I need. It is not a touchscreen and I recommend that you purchase a mouse with it because it doesn’t come with one! For the price $129 this was an awesome purchase and well worth it!

Purchased this machine for graduate school and the summer. I needed a machine for traveling but keeping up with my coursework. It was easy to set-up, Google Suite of products works wonders - both for school and personal use. Would recommend for a school computer. Have not done much outside word processing and internet research. It works well for me! Machine is the perfect color with a mirror like logo on top.

Good laptop for the price. Easy to use interface. Does what I wanted it to do. Also very lightweight.

Needed something more than a Kindle to pay bills while on the road. It’s has good sized screen, good battery life, pairs well with hotspot if needed, my password vault works as an extension to Chrome browser, can take and save screenshots, works with external drive. Chrome OS and keyboard are slightly different from traditional Windows laptops but easily mastered. There seems to be adequate information available if I have questions. Only problem so far is I haven’t found a “driver” for my Canon printer (haven’t done deep dive) though that’s not a show stopper since I’m going to use while away from home. Also very satisfied with Geek Squad membership purchased during a previous purchase.

Purchased this laptop for my 16 yr old for Christmas. Let me tell you how smooth and quick this laptop is compared to the crappy one they get from school. Screen color is great as well. She needed something that wouldn't glitch, freeze on her while trying to do her work/homework. This is perfect for a Jr high/high-school student. As far as adult usage, it's perfect for simple tasks like reading emails, spreadsheets, FB, YouTube etc. Not really for gaming, although simple games ( like my kids play among us ) work just fine. Definitely recommend and for the price point it was easy on the pockets!

Great Chrome book for the price. I bought for my business, to be able to create invoices on demand and print on the road. Can't ask for anything more. Works great , super fast processor, and nice , plus practical.

I bought this Chromebook in May because I needed something reasonably priced for both me and my daughter. She’s been using it to prep for the ACT, and I’ve used it to apply for jobs, check emails, and watch a few videos here and there. For the price, I’m honestly impressed! It’s fast, not slow or glitchy like I expected from something in this range. It’s been a great little Chromebook — perfect as a temporary solution until I get the laptop I really want. Highly recommend!

Chromebook de 14" es perfecta. Mis tres hijos de 8 ,7 y 5 años la aman. Cada uno puede hacer sus tareas, jugar y de mas es rapida en cuanto a busquedas. No es tactil lo que la hace mejor para mi que quiero que mis hijos aprendan a usarla Esta a un super precio.

The Chromebook 14” with Intel Celeron N4500 is a good laptop for basic everyday tasks. It works well for browsing the internet, watching videos, doing schoolwork, and using Google apps. It is lightweight and easy to carry around. The performance is not the fastest for heavy programs or gaming, but overall, it is a good affordable option for students and simple everyday use.

So easy to use - great display and for a very good price. We had fantastic help from tech team member who understood our needs and never tried to up-sale us.

Saw it on sale for 130$ and for that vaulve i couldn’t pass it up works great as a work laptop which is what i bought it for just an extra laptop for the buisness. If its on sale definitely go for it, screen is dule in color and quality but again if used as a work laptop it does the job

Love my new laptop! Exactly as advertised and with the new case I bought for it I can take it everywhere I go!
