    I'm sitting here on hold waiting for a manager because I ordered 2 of these cameras, and both arrived broken in the same spot today. Can you please overnight me 2 replacements?

    Easy installation, good video. I like the low light constant on for security.

    Best By doesn't install these since they are wired, first bad issue. So I paid an electrician $250 to install this camera. It worked great for 5 days, then went offline. So I connected it to a wifi extender and it showed great connection (3 bars, the max) and it worked for about 6 hours. Tried again and it lasted about 4 hours. Tried again and it lasted about 2 hours. Went through all of the suggested troubleshooting suggestions from Wyze and tried again, but would not even connect. Seems to have an issue with staying connected to wifi. So I had to have the electrician come back and uninstall it for another $125. Returned to Best Buy for store credit. Overall bad costly experience!

    All the Wyze cameras are excellent. We are very pleased with this one with wide viewing angle and very good lighting. Jim
