Not sure why but it takes foreveeeerrr to connect to our network (no issue w others connecting) and have replaced the batteries 3x but the pin pad wont work. It’s installed but cannot use due to the issues above. It looks nice and easy to install but we cannot use the door.

Works great and has useful features. I love the ability to auto-lock after a certain amount of time. Never have to worry about whether or not I locked the door.

Ordered 2 locks. One of them opens without a PIN code or fingerprint And lock key on the keypad unlocks and unlock one locks. lol. I paid handyman to install it and if I need to uninstall I have to pay again.

Please ensure the auto-lock setting within the Wyze app is enabled and that disable during hours is not set to the time that Wyze Lock Bolt is set to auto-lock..
