Not sure why but it takes foreveeeerrr to connect to our network (no issue w others connecting) and have replaced the batteries 3x but the pin pad wont work. It’s installed but cannot use due to the issues above. It looks nice and easy to install but we cannot use the door.

Easy to install and setup is user friendly. Open wirh fingerprints in less than 2 seconds. So convenient!

Long battery life

Wyze smart lock is easy to install and works smoothly most of the time. I love being able to lock/unlock from phone, super convenient. Auto-lock sometimes takes bit too long tho. Battery lasts for ages, that’s great. Overall, peace of mind with smart home vibes.

Works very well for what it is. Unfortunately you can’t communicate with it more than about 50 feet away.

Ordered 2 locks. One of them opens without a PIN code or fingerprint And lock key on the keypad unlocks and unlock one locks. lol. I paid handyman to install it and if I need to uninstall I have to pay again.

Hello there, we are sorry to hear the auto-lock feature is running into some trouble and would like to help. Please ensure the auto-lock setting within the Wyze app is enabled and that disable during hours is not set to the time that Wyze Lock Bolt is set to auto-lock.. So glad I chose this lock. Holds a charge for a long time. Has been installed for almost 10 months. Still have not had to recharge.

This is not too bad for the price. It feels like it could be broken into pretty easily with some tools. Good addition to a door that has another lock already installed for added protection.

Works great and has useful features. I love the ability to auto-lock after a certain amount of time. Never have to worry about whether or not I locked the door.
