This was easy to install by myself! It's perfect for those with cable, Internet AND phone from Comcast. Difficult to find locally. Ordered it and it arrived in a week or less.

I love this device. It is extremely fast and very reliable. I would recommend it to anyone who is in need of a very fast modem.

I purchased this to save the $12.95 "RENT" charged by Comcast. In about 15 months it will be free. This functions just like the one I was renting from Comcast. If you are trying to cut your bill this is a good investment.

Finally pulled the trigger on switching phone system to Comcast. Needed a new modem that supported a phone system. Went with the best available and st a great price.

I ordered this item and so far very good. I no longer pay the monthly rental fee to Comcast and I love it.

Does same thing as renting xfinity box will recommend to anyone

Very simple to set up. Took less than 10 minutes. Telephone was setup the next day in less than a half hour. Reception is great. No problems at all. Downloads are fast. Highly recommend this unit. Save rental costs.

It is the same quality as what you would rent from xfinity/comcast. I find it to work a little better then the rented one. Saves me $10 a month so overall I am happy with it. You do have to reset it about once a week, but I had to do that with the xfinity router/modem as well.

Works the same as rental except it doesn't broadcast as hotspot

It works very well for the package I got for comcast. I set it up myself with no problem. Only thing this was my second one , the tech when installing said I had the wrong one and could not set up. Took it back but went back and got another one and installed it with no problem.

In a few short months I will have saved more than paying rent on the cable company rental on a modem.

Sometimes it kicks me out on my iPad and asks me to choose the router (but I have just the one).

the Router that comcast gives you is a very good one. But you pay 10 dollers a month to use it, So as i looked to get one for myself, i found that Bestbuys is now selling the same router that comcast gives you. the teller at the comcast center was very saprized at this, they had been under the inpreshon that you could Not get the same Router, BUT you can NOW, HA HA. way to go Best Buys.

Modem is slower than the one it replaced. Xfinity connect works very slow, and keeps losing the connection through my WiFi-did not do this with my Motorola modem. Interesting that even though it states Xfinity, it does its best NOT to work with the affinity apps on my iPhone.

so far is a good product fast conection and I save the $10.00 fee for concept to rental from comcast

This Xfinity modem saves me $10 a month. The Comcast Tech connected the modem in 30 minutes. Everything is working great!

After some adjustment with Comcast, it is the proper piece of equipment for our installation.

This s is great for a small place not so good for a big apt or home. Wi-Fi looses strength

If you plan to get Comcast Internet and Phone, and if you care about your home network (which you should) then this device is what you should get. It works perfectly in my 3,000 sqr ft home with no issues.

I switched to this model because it was the only one available with the VOIP jack built in.
