    I got this to replace an older modem that I used with a separate wireless router. Old system would drop my VPN connection but this all in one works great.

    The installation was extremely easy. Set-up was done by Comcast,but was done in a very short time. Phone, TV and internet came on-line without a hitch.

    I would recommend this modem to anyone who is planning to buy their own equipment so they're not paying a monthly charge. When my provider raised the monthly fee to $12, it was time to buy my own.

    This is the only modem that can accept telephone service through Comcast sold by Best Buy. The only issue is the price as it is one of the most expensive units sold by Best Buy. The staff also pushed me to buy a service policy which I didn't want.

    This modem works as good as the rental that I was paying $12 per month before. This will pay for itself in a little more than a year. Works with triple play as it has phone line included.

    Got this router after comcast upgraded my service but unfortunately did not help me get a proper speed. Would definitely be because of the speed that comcast releases

    Got this when I converted to Xfinity. Just plugged it in and it worked like a charm. It says you need to connect it to a laptop to initialize but I never even had to do that! Quite satisfied.

    comcast approved but slow wifi -- It's the same one that comes with a subscription, but you own it and don't pay for the monthly fee. If you use it for 5 years at $10/month =$600 buy it for $200+tax

    Purchased both items on the recommendation of the salesperson. One item not in stock but was able to pick it up later that day at another store. Very happy with the service and products.
