I bought the cable modem/router because I was returning as an XFINITY customer and didn't want the lease charge every month. I have not had any problems with the modem/router.

This was the exact one I had and was paying modem fee for. It works the same as the comcast one and I'm saving money..Win Win.

I hope it continues to perform well! I was hesitant due to the price tag but after getting assistance in my selection and having installed it I seem to have made a good choice

We use this with out local cable and it works as expected.

you pay $10 per month to rent this from Comcast--in the long run it is cheaper to buy it and own it. the product is the same as what u get from Comcast and works great

This modem/router with VoIP capabilities was just what we needed. The installation went very easily and the activation through Comcast/Xfinity was painless. Everything appears to be working just fine. We're really only using the wireless router to see how wireless printing works with a HP all-in-one inkjet device (it sets right next to the router) so I can't say how great the Wi-Fi coverage is.

I bought this to save the cost of renting monthly. I have the same wifi results I did with the rented. I'm pleased with my purchase and it will eventually pay for itself!

Comcast suggested I buy this model after I asked about purchasing a router/modem. I quickly found it at Best Buy and purchased it within minutes of entering the store.

Needed to purchase a modem that would also allow a "landline". Works great, does exactly what I expected and appreciate not having to pay 10.00/ mo. Rental from Xfinity.

We needed a secondary TV for the Dining room, which is quite a small room. We have a ROKU box for our large Living Room TV, When we found this ROKU TV with ROKU built in and no need for the extra $100 box, we were delighted. Easy to hook up and install channels, a delightful addition to our home! Has all the features of a larger TV, if needed to plug in other devices., such as APPLE TV etc.

This modem was correct for my Comcast service. It was easy to set up and works well.

The installation was very easy and fast. I would recommend it .

I have Comcast 3 play, bought this item in Best Buy. I am saving already $10 p.m. On Comcast bill, it should payoff in less than 2 years and best of all its yours.
