I think the product is very good and meets all of my requirements.

It's the only thing out there! Works slow for my wireless devices!

I bought this router / modem to avoid equipment fees from the cable company. It does everything it is supposed to do and will pay for itself. What more can you ask for?

This will pay for itself befor you know it, works great as a modem but wouldnt recommend the wifi . I have a MacBook Pro and use the time capsule for wifi , but this modem is still worth not having to rent one from xfinity.

If u are using Comcast internet don't rent the modem buy this. It installs easy and quickly. Just one phone call to verify with Comcast and my wireless internet was working. Fast internet without paying for the modem.

Too soon to judge the quality of the product. It works so far.

Perfect size and gets rid of the clutter of having modem and router wires, and just need to reset one and the system lights up. The internet worked flawlessly. We ported our number from Verizon to Comcast and used the telephone port - nothing. It didn't work. This was due to Comcast not the equipment. Hint - call on Sunday morning and the techs are excellent and got the phone working.

Replaces one that was bad and now we are up and running again

This device works as one would expect, considering that it is certified by Comcast for use with their network. I'm not pushing any barriers - I only have a 75Mbps plan with them - so I can't say whether it breaks any speed records. However, in the 5 weeks we've had it, there have been no problems. The voice quality is excellent. We had used CenturyLink for voice, and, as voice quality is of major concern to us, did a bake off to ensure we weren't losing anything when we switched. We're very happy with the voice quality, so much so that dropping CL was easy. Anyone who has Comcast for internet and voice should definitely get this, and not pay rental fees. Additionally, if you are concerned about voice quality, as I was, give them a bake off of your own.

Service technician was confused about my being able to purchase this from a retail store but everything worked out fine.

The only reason not 5 stars is the price and lack of the 5ghz band. So it works as advertised no problems what so ever on the physical connections. Like I was saying it is fine but the 5ghz band would be much better.

Took some time setting up with COMCAST but it works fine know.

Needed a Comcast Xfinity modem that could work with their Telephone service. This fit the bill nicely and worked perfectly. It was an open box, and was missing power cord, but I ended up using one from an old printer.

I got tired of xfinity jacking up thier cable services so i got amazon tvs and bought this cable modem from bestbuy i have had it a couple weeks now so far so good and switching it out was fairly easy as well

This is a great modem for Comcast xfinity would recommend it to any one that is using Comcast purchased it don't lease it from Comcast.

No problems with hook up, even an old woman could do it!
