The review is not so much for product which is about the only modem which is good to be used with Xfinity but with the guy who came to install it. I am pretty good technically but really was glad to have it done professionally. My internet works smoothly. Thanks guys

We decided to include our phones in our Xfinity package. This was the only router/modem that we could buy without renting it from Comcast. Hooking up this device was simple but getting the phones to work was a huge problem. Not because of this equipment though

Same thing the cable company gives minus the monthly fee. Has connectivity issues with Xbox 360. Everything else works well with it.

Good router to be used with Xfinity internet access - however, also the only one that enables the phone option of Xfinity... The first one I bought was not working (phone did not connect), however, I changed it and the second one was working just fine. Internet download speed is somewhat slow by wifi (only around 10-20Mbps, for a contracted 75Mbps), but correct when connected by Ethernet. I'll try with my Airport wifi router later to see if speed improves. In general a good product for the given application.

Seems to work fine although it was rather expensive. Bought because it was the only modern and router that worked with xfinity

I have had the modem for a few months with no problem. should have gotten earlier as the pay back period versus renting is ~3 years.

I had this since 7 months and it working fine ether than i had previously.

This was needed to use COMCAST services, especially the phone service. rather than pay a monthly rental fee to COMCAST for the modem, this was the alternative. It was up and running in a few minutes. No problems with set up and has 2 phone lines, if needed.

worked as expected, only problem was the cable company changing MAC address correctly

I purchased this router/modem because I was changing my phone to Comcast so I would be having a triple play with them. This is the only product that was compatible for me to get all 3 services without renting it. It works fine except my printer is no longer connects instantly because it is a router/modem unit. When I had a router and a modem separately, I did not have a problem with it connecting. Now I have to turn the printer off and then turn it back on to get it to connect wirelessly.

Works great. Must have for cable internet and phone.
